Motivation and entertainment from the inside and out!

We humans benefit from breaking up everyday life a bit and filling it with new insights and inspiration. We have been doing this since the dawn of time and will continue to do so for as long as we live. I'm convinced of that.

In our modern world we also have completely new opportunities to learn across countries and cultures. "Everything" is available just one Google search away.

But... There is a but here. We still need hands-on, live experiences together as a team, company and nation if you will.

Just think of what Norway would be like without a May 17th. celebration. A little less colorful, right? Like this year with the pandemic, it wasn’t the same. A event creates unity and a common feeling, which makes people in your company walk in the same direction inner and outer.

In my opinion; this is absolutely essential today where we are most of the time completely emerged in our own virtual bubble, completely separated from the sideman/lady.

Shared experience and learning, here we go!

How do we proceed? The very best thing is to get to know the company, so that the content is as relevant and useful as possible. This gives a natural understanding and humility across.

My goal is that what is shared should be lasting and new insights and experiences, which help the people in the company/organization to better achieve their goals and at the same time feel good about themselves.
